I was in a hurry one day and needed to get my shirts professionally cleaned ASAP. I looked up the nearest dry cleaner in the area with decent reviews and gave them a shot. What I found when I walked in through the door was a hidden treasure: friendly customer service, fair prices, true expertise in caring for clothes, and quick turnaround times. I’ve been a satisfied customer ever since. I thought to myself “This place is awesome. This is how every business should be run.”
And that’s the blueprint of how we’ve built this company: with a focus on truly helping others. Everything stands on this foundation. We are a data driven company, and we use that data to constantly evolve and improve and optimize. For everyone on our team, that means an obsession with education and self improvement. Our days end with a review of our performance, what we could have done better, and preparing for the day ahead of us. Always learn, always grow.
